Seller Protection: Any item received in a condition that does not meet the above eligibility criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender at their cost, or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to the nature of electrical components, safety regulations, and product integrity requirements. These include:

  • Installed or energized circuit breakers and controls — once a component has been wired or powered, it cannot be returned
  • Custom-configured or special-order products — items built or sourced specifically to your specifications
  • Items with broken seals, missing labels, or removed safety tags
  • Items returned without original packaging or with packaging that has been significantly damaged
  • Products purchased under a final-sale or closeout designation

If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, contact our team before initiating a return to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at (954) 488-3351 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide:
    - Your order number
    - The item(s) you wish to return
    - The reason for the return
  3. Once your RMA number is issued, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging to help prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Clearly write or label the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item shipped by us
  • A defective or damaged product

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

For damaged or defective items, please include photos and a detailed description of the issue when requesting your RMA number.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please allow reasonable processing time after the returned item is received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns, particularly for items that have been opened or handled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, cover return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already shipped, the order will be subject to the standard return process outlined above.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty coverage details.

Used items include a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
