Free Shipping on Orders Over $200

Alpha Breakers & Controls offers complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $200.00 or more. This threshold is calculated on the pre-tax, post-discount subtotal of eligible items at checkout.

Important: The $200 free-shipping threshold excludes taxes, applied discount codes, coupons, store credits, and any other adjustments. Orders that fall below this threshold after adjustments are applied will be charged standard shipping rates.

Free shipping is available only to delivery addresses within our designated domestic shipping zones. Remote, rural, or restricted areas, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain freight-restricted destinations, may not qualify. If your address falls outside our eligible zones, our system will notify you at checkout with available alternatives.

Alpha Breakers & Controls reserves the right to modify or withdraw the free shipping promotion at any time without prior notice.

Same-Day Shipping

We understand that downtime in industrial and electrical environments is costly. That's why we offer same-day shipping on eligible in-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

Cut-off time: Orders must be placed and fully verified before the published daily cut-off. Orders received after this time, or during weekends and observed holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Same-day shipping is subject to the following conditions:

Product In Stock

The item(s) ordered must be available in our warehouse at time of order. Back-ordered or special-order items are excluded.

Payment Verified

Payment must be successfully authorized and cleared before the cut-off time. Orders pending payment review do not qualify.

Shipping Zone Eligible

The destination address must be within a zone supported for same-day processing.

No Compliance Hold

Orders flagged for address verification, export compliance, or fraud review may be delayed regardless of cut-off time.

Alpha Breakers & Controls is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or circumstances beyond our direct control after a shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

At checkout, you will be presented with all available shipping methods for your destination and order weight. Options may include standard ground, expedited, and overnight delivery, depending on carrier availability and your location.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Alpha Breakers & Controls. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Geographic distance from our fulfillment center
  • Carrier operational delays (weather, peak volumes, strikes)
  • Customs or regulatory holds (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Disclaimer: Alpha Breakers & Controls is not responsible for carrier-caused delays once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier. Transit time estimates shown at checkout are for reference only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products in our catalog — including specific electrical components, high-voltage parts, and regulated control equipment — may be subject to shipping restrictions based on federal, state, or local regulations, carrier hazmat policies, or export control laws.

Restrictions may include limitations on destination (domestic or international), required licensing or permits, or carrier-mandated packaging requirements. These restrictions will be disclosed on the individual product page where applicable.

If an item in your order is restricted for your shipping destination, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives. We are not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory requirements at the destination.

For questions about the shippability of a specific product to your location, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also access tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

Please note: tracking updates may not appear immediately after your package is dispatched. In most cases, live tracking data becomes available within 12–24 hours of carrier pickup.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing an eligible order, check your spam folder first, then contact our support team with your order number.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Alpha Breakers & Controls will ship to the address exactly as entered.

Alpha Breakers & Controls is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply if the customer elects not to have the order reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your shipping address — we will make every effort to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Shipping Notifications

We keep you informed at every stage. Depending on your notification preferences and carrier availability, you may receive automated updates for:

  • Order Confirmation — Sent immediately after a successful purchase
  • Shipment Dispatch — Sent when your order leaves our warehouse
  • In-Transit Updates — Carrier-provided checkpoints
  • Out for Delivery — Where supported by the carrier
  • Delivered — Confirmation once the package is marked delivered

You can manage your notification preferences from your account dashboard. If notifications are not received, verify that your email address on file is correct and that our domain is not blocked by spam filters.

Limitation of Liability

Alpha Breakers & Controls' liability in connection with shipping is strictly limited to the purchase price of the affected items. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages — including lost profits, production downtime, or costs arising from delayed or failed deliveries.

Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession and tracking confirms dispatch, Alpha Breakers & Controls is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. We will assist with the documentation process where possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Alpha Breakers & Controls reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of this shipping policy at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to our website. Your continued use of our website and services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
