TED134015 - GE - E150 Bolt-On Molded Case Circuit Breaker - 15 Amp - 3 Pole - 480 Volt
Product images are representative only. Actual product may vary.
The GE TED134015 is a 15A, 3-pole E150-frame molded case circuit breaker with bolt-on mounting, rated 480VAC and built for GE A-Series and Spectra Series panelboards.
Fifteen amps at three poles is the standard branch-circuit device for small three-phase motors, packaged HVAC units, and lighting contactors, and the TED is GE's long-running E150 workhorse for that job. It provides fixed thermal-magnetic Long-Time and Instantaneous (LI) protection with an 18kA interrupting rating at both 240VAC and 480VAC. Bolt-on mounting gives a rigid, vibration-resistant bus connection — the reason it is specified for industrial panels over plug-on styles. TCAL12 load lugs are included, and the breaker accepts field-installable shunt trips, auxiliary switches, undervoltage releases, and alarm switches. The E150 family is now supplied under the ABB brand following ABB's acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between TED134015 and TED136015?
The fourth digit is the voltage class. "4" designates a 480V maximum rating and "6" designates 600V. Both are 15A, 3-pole E150 breakers otherwise.
What is the interrupting rating of the TED134015?
18kA at 240VAC, 18kA at 480VAC, and 10kA at 250VDC.
What panelboards does the TED134015 fit?
GE A-Series and Spectra Series panelboards, switchboards, and E150 enclosures using bolt-on mounting.
Are lugs included with the TED134015?
Yes. TCAL12 load lugs ship with the breaker, accepting #14–3 AWG copper or #12–1 AWG aluminum conductors.
Can the TED134015 be reverse fed?
Yes. The breaker is suitable for reverse-feed installation with no line/load marking restriction under UL 489.
Is the trip rating adjustable?
No. The TED uses a fixed, non-interchangeable thermal-magnetic trip unit, so the 15A rating is permanent.
Is the TED134015 still manufactured?
The GE E150 line transferred to ABB with the acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions. Units are supplied under GE or ABB branding depending on production date; form, fit, and function are identical.
What does HACR rated mean?
The breaker is listed for use with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment that has multiple motor-compressor loads, as required by the equipment nameplate.
